Rubyos – Newtown’s newest concept in casual dining – is seeking an experienced Waitstaff.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated and professional, with a minimum of 2 year’s fine dining experience. You will have a working knowledge of wine, know how to carry 3 plates, and basic cocktail skills and barista experience will be an advantage. Most importantly, you will be a people person who cares about giving good service – relating easily to our guests, recognising our regulars, and anticipating our guests’ needs.
