Undara Experience is seeking Kitchen Hands & Cooks to join our dedicated team for the 2021 Tourist Season!

Start dates are entirely dependent on the available position/s and will be between March-April 2021.

We are currently looking for new Kitchen Hands & Cooks.

Duties of the role/s:

• Basic food preparation for breakfast, lunch & dinner shifts
• Working breakfast, lunch & dinner shifts
• Kitchen hygiene practices
• Preparation of meals during service
• Guest services / Customer service
• Cleaning the kitchen and maintaining a high level of cleanliness
• Washing dishes

Requirements for the role:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience within the commercial kitchen preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Key aspects of our positions at Undara Experience:

• 7-10 hours per day.
• Training provided.
• Seasonal Contract March/April – October/November 2021.
• Live on-site position.
• Semi-remote location.
• Own vehicle an advantage – not a necessity.
• 10-on / 4-off fortnightly roster.
• Food and accommodation provided at their expense.
• All positions are set hourly-rates, accumulating annual leave superannuation.

Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in their applied role.
