Don’t miss your chance to be apart of one of Sydney’s most exciting new restaurants this May. Opening mid-May, The Blue Door in Surry Hills is a 26 restaurant that will utilise predominately NSW produce.
Wed-Saturday we’ll serve a tasting menu that changes as often as necessary to work in with our farmers.
Sunday brunch to allow our chefs to have fun and serve some interesting and tasty brunch options that will change every week.
We are looking for passionate and hard-working FOH professionals to join our team. The team will be very small so you must be driven, passionate and capable of working independently to help execute the common goal of offering our customers the best possible dining experience.
With a 3-week residency coming up at the end of April/start of May as we lead up to opening we are looking for flexible people who could also assist in the execution of this event.
