We are looking for Cleaning staff with ABN to work in Melbourne for End of Lease cleaning(Vacate/ Bond/ Exit cleaning)

· Transport (own car) & driver’s license is essential to fill this position

· Rights to work in Australia.

· ABN is essential to fill this position

· Should be flexible with hours and days.

· Working area 30 around Melbourne, different sites

· 5 days a week, it will be a day job between 8 am till 6 pm.

To successfully secure the position, it is essential that you:

· are able to travel to jobs at various locations in your own transport with your own equipment.

· have your own basic ‘equipment, e.g. steam cleaning machine, mop, bucket, cloths, vacuum, ladder/ step ladder, chemicals, and detergent

· are able to quote cleaning jobs

· are able to negotiate prices

· Always be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

· Are able to quality check your own work

· are able to communicate effectively with customers

· are able to work unsupervised

· be able to handle heavy physical work

· have an eye for detail, as only high-quality work is acceptable
