Kunara Organic Café are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Café Allrounder to join our vibrant team on a permanent part-time basis – commencing in November 2025.

If you’re an all-rounder who loves to serve customers and has a passion towards delivering amazing service, this could be just the role for you!

Hours? Good question! We are always happy to find more hours for employees who vibe our environment, however we currently have two vacancies (please tell us in your cover letter what you would like to apply for):

1) Cafe allrounder working 4 days per week (approx. 30 hours) across a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Saturday and Sunday pick up your higher hourly rate penalty rates too!

2) Cafe allrounder working 3 days per week (approx. 22 hours) across a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems
• Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all café departments
• Positive and teachable attitude
• Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)
• Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can’t teach that)
