We are opening our a new store in Emporium and Myer Melbourne, and we’re seeking Sales Assistants who see customer service as an art form. In this role, you’ll be more than a salesperson, you’ll be a storyteller, a guide, and a Vitality Ambassador for a movement in beauty and wellness.

What You’ll Do

• Create Connection: Welcome every guest as though they’re entering your home; warm, genuine, and eager to assist.
• Elevate the Experience: Share tailored product knowledge, rituals, and recommendations that go beyond expectation.
• Shape the Space: Maintain an atmosphere of beauty and care through visual merchandising, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Support the Flow: Assist with point-of-sale, replenishment, and store operations to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with your team and head office, sharing insights and stories from the shop floor.

About You

• You have previous retail experience, ideally in beauty or wellness.
• You thrive on human connection and love creating memorable customer experiences.
• You are enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable. Someone who takes pride in being part of a team.
• You communicate with warmth and clarity, both with customers and colleagues.
• You are available to work flexible hours, including weekends and key retail periods.
• You have a genuine interest in skincare, wellness, and longevity.
• You have a curiosity that inspires you to learn and share.
• You commit to key sales periods with black-out dates during Black Friday and/or Christmas as agreed for assigned rosters.
