Quest on Dorcas Apartment Hotel is seeking a casual Room Attendant. The position involves providing room attendant services for all apartments following the high standards of the Quest Brand.

The successful candidate will report to the Executive Housekeeper and will be required to demonstrate:

  • A can-do, responsible, flexible approach to work
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Superior communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet targets
  • A focus on workplace safety

The duties and responsibilities of a Room Attendant will include:

  • Housekeeping of serviced apartments, as per the Quest standards
  • Reporting maintenance requirements and updating maintenance logbooks
  • Demonstrating a working knowledge of OH&S standards

The successful candidate must:

  • Be available to work 3 – 4 shifts per week (including weekdays, weekends and public holidays).  No night-shift hours are available for this role.
  • Must be available at least 2 – 3 days from Monday – Friday
  • One year’s minimum experience as a Room Attendant in serviced apartments or hotels
