We are RDC Partners – a boutique advisory firm located in the Adelaide CBD. We deliver quality service to a diverse client base of small and medium sized businesses and are on the hunt for our newest recruit to join our friendly team!
What you will do:
· From scheduling meetings and managing calendars to ordering office supplies, you’ll be the mastermind behind our smooth operations
· Be the friendly face (and voice) of our team, interacting with clients and colleagues with a smile
· Responding, screening and diverting calls in a courteous and professional manner
· Be the lifeline between our office and the ATO by processing paper/digital mail, lodge returns and review assessment notices
· Be the ruler of your own domain by maintaining a professional presentation of reception and all communal areas
What we are looking for:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Articulate, detail-oriented and also have the ability to see the bigger picture
· Prior experience in either a reception or administration role is favoured
· Ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks and workflow
· Ability to be proactive and self-motivated
