Vacancy description: Medical Receptionist wanted in Tewantin.

We are a small friendly yet busy General Practice. Proudly non-corporate set up. GP owned and run. We need a Medical Receptionist to join our team (which includes Forrest, our therapy dog- who loves tickles and cuddles as required!) …hours may vary- may only be for a few hours in a morning, or to cover a 1-2 whole days/wk.

Enthusiasm, and being supportive of clinical staff and their time to allow smooth running of the appointment system and administrative side of the Medical Centre. Use of Genie medical software (experience ideal)

We are looking for: •

the ability to work independently, or with another receptionist

• strong communication and interpersonal skills

• a desire to work in a small environment and become part of the local community in which we service. (We have some wonderful characters in our patient population that we would love to share with the right person!)
