Tasks and Duties
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
- Ensure efficient and accurate completion of gaming payout procedures
- Adhering to all RSA and RCG regulations
- Attend to all gaming machine player requests
- Maintain a clean and tidy gaming room
- Ensure quality beverages and food products are provided consistently for all customers
- Adhering to all presentation standard
About You
To be successful, you will:
- Have a current RCG and RSA.
- Genuinely enjoy interacting with patrons of all demographics and have high customer service skills
- Have the ability to remain calm and adaptable whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Always demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, contribute to a positive workplace culture and supportive environment
- Have availability to work evenings & late nights up until 1am
- Be willing to learn and develop your skills
