We are seeking experienced and passionate Casual Food & Beverage Team Members to join our team at our iconic hinterland venue, currently undergoing an exciting transformation into a 5-star, 50+ room international resort retreat.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of something special – delivering memorable guest experiences in a stunning location, just 20 minutes from Strathpine.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver seamless daily service from start to finish, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
· Confidently run your own section and maintain high presentation standards
· Support setup and service for special events, banquets, and private functions
· Proactively upsell experiences and products to enhance guest satisfaction
· Ensure compliance with RSA and licensing requirements
· Work a flexible roster including nights, weekends, and peak periods
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a restaurant, resort, or hotel environment
- Reliable transport – location is approx. 20 minutes from Strathpine
- Ability to process payments accurately (cash, card, room charge)
- Previous experience with conferences or event service is a plus
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Confidence in operations, training, and service delivery
- Team player
