Delivery Driver needed on Mondays & Thursdays to start at 5.00am . Deliveries in metropolitan & Greater Sydney for a well-established fresh produce wholesaler. On average 8hrs/per day.
The role comprises:
- Carriage of palleted fresh produce and various grocery items for delivery to various locations within the Sydney Metro and possibly Central Coast/Hunter and Blue Mountains regions.
- Unloading of orders according to the customer site requirements
- Completing simple customer documentation at the delivery point
Delivery vehicles include those requiring a C (Car) license and L (Light Rigid) licence.
Essentials for this position include
- a clean C and L driving license
- capacity to lift to around 25 kgs
- preferably 1-2 years’ experience driving small trucks & vans
- reliability, punctuality
- a focus on safety, hygiene and customer service.
Desirable but not essential a forklift license.
