We are inviting experienced, creative and passionate Mixologists to shake, stir and serve as Cocktail Bar Attendant, ensuring we provide memorable guest experiences.

About You
To be successful for this role, you will be an experienced Cocktail Bar Attendant (Mixologist) who knows their aromatics from their citrus, and knows when it should be shaken and not stirred. You must also have:
- Experience in an equivalent position,
- A passion for creating memorable experiences,
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, or ability to attain,
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including Monday to Sunday and late evenings,
- Australian work rights. Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
