The Role:
We are on the hunt for an energetic Bar Attendant to support the bar operations and create a relaxed and fun vibe in our rooftop bar, boasting one of the best views in Sydney!
Key focuses will include:
- Engaging with guests and performers in the bar
- Serving food and beverage in the bar including drink mixing and advising guests on beverage selection
- Bar Operations: supporting the Bar Manager with pricing, stock control, ordering, hands-on management and maintaining the highest possible standard of customer service
- Marketing and Promotion: organising and coordinating nightly activities and entertainment as well as working with external promoters and representatives
- Compliance: operating in line with the approved liquor licence, WHS and RSA requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in a bar and a passion for music
- Exceptional beverage knowledge, including wines, beers, cocktails etc.
- Hold a current RSA certificate
- Understanding of ordering and stocktake procedures
- Availability to work a 7-day roster
