About the role

This role is key to ensuring that our online customers and store receive products in a timely manner, minus all the direct customer action.

Successful applicants will become part of the team working in our boutique warehouse. You will pick, pack, and transport stock between our Sydney locations.

This is a highly regarded role within the business, you will interact with several other departments on a daily basis so being sensible, confident, trustworthy, dependable, and reliable is key.

Being super organized, having great attention to detail, and being willing to make suggestions for improvements are all vital.

Please note this is not a role for a forklift operator, however, a current driver’s license is essential.

The role will entail full-time hours Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30. (40 Hours per Week)

Key Duties

• Transporting stock between store locations in the Sydney metro area
• Picking and packing
• Allocating stock to orders and transfers
• Re-stocking shelves
• Receiving stock from suppliers and reconciling invoices
• eBay admin, listing, maintaining & updating eBay stores

You will also need excellent communication, strong organizational skills, the ability to show initiative, and exceptional attention to detail.

An easy-going, adaptable attitude will help, as processes and job tasks can often change.

Please note applicants for this role must have the right to work in Australia on an ongoing basis as this is a full-time permanent role.

Skills and Experience

• A current driver’s license is essential (automatic van, no special license conditions)
• Experienced and confident ability to drive a mid-sized van within the Sydney metropolitan area
• Previous Warehouse experience will be highly regarded though not essential as all training will be provided
• A positive, upbeat, easy-going, can-do attitude is a must
• Safety and a good ‘common sense minded approach to completing tasks
• eBay experience will be highly regarded
