We currently have an opportunity for Part Time Cleaner. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in keeping public areas clean and promoting a positive image of the site to visitors. Reporting to the Public Realm Supervisor, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do (key responsibilities)
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Operate ride on sweeper, ride on scrubber to clean pavers and use high pressure washer to remove stains.
- Waste removal – picking up rubbish, emptying bins, removing sharps & contaminated waste
- Detail Cleaning & washing – low & high reach areas, fixtures, fittings, windows, vents & walls
- Public Realm Areas – entrances & car park thorough fares
- Ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed to established cleaning standards
What You’ll Bring (experience required)
- Demonstrated experience operating cleaning equipment such as ride-on scrubber, sweeper, walk behind buffing machines and pressure washer
- Experience in commercial/industrial cleaning domain is preferred
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Must have an Australian Driver’s Licence
