What we are looking for in our reception team:

  • A customer service superstar!!
  • A driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering the ultimate guest experience
  • Someone with a genuine personable service style that always blows our guests away
  • Someone with hotel or resort front office experience in reception and/or reservations
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work a flexible 7-day roster
  • Experience in property management system, Opera preferrable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a professional work ethic, be well presented, self-motivated, take initiative and be responsible for your decision making
  • Previous knowledge of Accor hotel systems (Tars) would be highly regarded
