About the role:

As a key member of our team, you’ll be working across both the bistro and the gaming room, delivering top-notch customer service, keeping things clean and compliant, and helping to create that friendly, welcoming pub feel we’re known for.

Your shifts will include:

• Pouring pints, recommending wines, and full table service experience in the bistro
• Delivering a safe and responsible gaming experience for our patrons
• Cash handling, gaming machine clearances, and loyalty systems
• Working days, nights and weekends – we’re open 7 days a week

What we’re looking for:

• Previous bar and/or gaming experience essential
• RSA and RSG certifications already obtained
• A calm, reliable and well-presented professional
• Someone who thrives in a team and can think on their feet
• Great attitude and a passion for providing genuine customer service
