The Role

We’re looking for a professional individual to join our Guest Services team. This role is at the heart of The Brooklet experience — welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every stay feels effortless and memorable. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to be a hands on all-rounder in a small team.

Your Day May Include

  • Front of house interaction with guests
  • Managing check-ins, check-outs and reservations on MEWS/ AKIA
  • Assisting guests with recommendations and local insights from guest enquiry to departure
  • Supporting daily operations of the estate
  • Food and Beverage preparation – RSA is essential

About You

  • You have previous experience in a refined hospitality environment
  • You communicate with ease and confidence and present well to guests
  • You have a calm, attentive nature and a keen eye for detail
  • You take pride in creating memorable experiences for others
  • You’re flexible with availability and comfortable working in a boutique and quiet environment

Offering

  • 20 – 30 hours per week on a Level 4 Hospitality Award.
  • Shift hours between 8am and 7pm.

  • Valid RSA for NSW
  • Frequent weekend work
  • Rights to work in Australia
