Our Client based in Homebush is looking for a Factory Cleaner to join their team. Factory manufacturing cleaning experience preferred with a knowledge of chemical handling.
Applicants must be available for ongoing work and weekend work
Payrate starting at $31.19 weekend rates up to $46 per hour
Duties will include:
- Sweeping and mopping of factory and warehouse floors
- High pressure cleaning of machinery
- Cleaning tops of cabinets and lockers – will be required to climb small stepladder
- Breaking down pallets and rubbish such as packaging to dispose of
- Sorting general rubbish and recycling
- General housekeeping
PREVIOUS CLEANING EXPERIENCE IN A FACTORY OR WAREHOUSE HIGHLY REGARDED
To be considered for this role you must:
- Be available for work during the week and on weekends
- Have a strong focus on time management, attention to detail and cleanliness
- Previous cleaning experience in a similar role
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs
- Be motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic
- Be a hardworking individual
- Able to work on their feet for the entire shift
- Safety focused
