Who We Are Looking For?
Cairns Total Physio is looking for a Receptionist to join our team. Part time hours (approx 32-36 hours per week) are available Monday-Friday and an alternate Saturday morning. The position will be available to start from Monday, the 2nd of March and based at the Cairns clinics. The position is a 12 month contract, with a high possibility of ongoing hours thereafter.
The right applicant will:
- possess exceptional communication and customer service skills
- be well presented
- be efficient and hard working
- take initiative and work well within a busy team environment
- be flexible to work across multiple locations
- be available to start from the 2nd of March
Day to day tasks involve:
- greeting customers
- answering phone calls and making appointments using practice software (Cliniko)
- direct support to clinicians and managers
- taking payments and use of HICAPS and EFTPOS
- general cleaning and stocking treatment rooms
