About the role
This opportunity is a casual position based at Sunnybank Hills, Brisbane, with a view to move to full time based on performance. The main functions of a Warehouse Pick Packer is you are responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders ready for dispatch & delivery. Attention to detail is a priority for this role. Afternoon shifts available.
Your core duties include:
- Accurately picking orders according to paperwork
- Packing and preparing orders ready for delivery
- General forklift duties
- General warehouse duties when required
To be successful in the role you will ideally be experienced and licenced in the following:
- Attendance and reliability are critical to the success in this role.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Good communication to get the job done safely and accurately
- Current forklift licence
- Safe work ethic
- Previous warehouse experience
- Have the ability to problem solve and use your own initiative
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Punctual, and to have reliable transport to and from work with a current driver’s licence
