Section Waiter:

Minimum 2-3 years restaurant experience desired
Be able to carry 3 plates
Be able to have up to 20pax sections
Intermediate food and wine knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Restaurant Host:

Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
Computer Skills and experience with bookings platforms – NowBookIt a bonus
Intermediate food and wine knowledge
