Retail Sales Assistant

We’re looking for a bubbly, reliable, and proactive Retail Assistant to join our growing team at our market stalls in Southbank and Eat Street Northshore.

Our Trading Hours

Friday: 2:00pm – 9:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 9:30pm
Sunday: 8:00am – 9:00pm

Shifts will fall within these times at one or both locations.

About the Role

You’ll be:

Serving customers with genuine enthusiasm
Helping people choose designs and products
Operating printing equipment (training provided)
Processing payments accurately
Keeping the stall clean, organised and inviting
Thinking of ways to improve sales during quiet periods
Representing our brand with confidence and positivity

Some days are fast paced and high energy.
Other days are slower and that’s where initiative matters.

We want someone who can make every shift count.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has a bubbly, positive personality
Loves serving and connecting with people
Is reliable and shows up on time
Can work weekends consistently
Is confident talking to strangers
Can handle busy periods calmly
Is proactive during quieter times (restocking, cleaning, improving displays etc.)
Works well independently and in a small team
Has a positive outlook
Is pro-active and solutions focused
Driver’s licence (optional but highly regarded)

Previous retail experience is great, but attitude and work ethic matter more.
