Olive and Angelo’ are seeking an experienced Restaurant Wait and Bar Staff to join our vibrant team in Brisbane. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service to diners, ensuring their dining experience is memorable
• Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar waiting or bartending role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• A friendly, professional and enthusiastic attitude
• Knowledge of food and beverage products and a passion for the hospitality industry
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
