Join Happy Hounds as an Independent Dog Walker & Pet Sitter!

Are you an animal lover looking for flexible, rewarding work? Happy Hounds is seeking people to provide dog walking, pet sitting, and house sitting services across the GC!

This opportunity is ideal for independent, self-motivated individuals who want to make their own schedule and take pride in their work. While caring for adorable pets is incredibly rewarding, it also comes with responsibility—our pet carers must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of handling pets and homes with care. Every day brings new adventures, challenges, and the joy of making a real difference in pets’ and owners’ lives.

This is a sub-contractor position (super included). Please note that the job is not limited to this area. We service most areas of the GC and Brisbane, so you don’t have to be situated in the suburb listed above. We operate from Tweed Heads up to north Brisbane and are open to new team members across all regions.

SERVICES PROVIDED

• Dog Walking: 30-60 minute walks in the dog’s neighbourhood, at the beach, or in the park (max 2 dogs at a time).
• Pet Sitting: 30-60 minute daily visits to care for dogs, cats, and small animals.
• House Sitting: Overnight stays in clients’ homes to care for pets while their owners are away.
