Casual Café All-Rounder (Barista & Cook)
Monday to Friday | 5:30am – 10:30am | No Weekends

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable café all-rounder to join our team for weekday morning shifts, with additional hours available on busy days.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced takeaway environment, takes pride in consistency and speed, and enjoys being part of a small, hardworking team.

About the Role:

• Monday to Friday, 5:30am – 10:30am
• No weekends
• Additional hours available during busy periods

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and serving takeaway coffee (no coffee art required)
• Cooking roasts, hot breakfasts, burgers, and fresh salads efficiently and consistently
• Managing multiple orders during busy rushes with confidence
• Working independently at times, as well as collaboratively with other staff
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and maintaining food safety standards
• Keeping the café clean, organised, and productive during quieter periods

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven barista training and experience
• Strong cooking skills
• Knowledge of stock control and food safety procedures
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume service
• Self-motivated and able to keep busy without supervision
• A positive, friendly attitude is essential
