We are seeking a vibrant and customer‑focused Ticketing & Customer Service Officer to join our team in a 20‑hour‑per‑week part‑time role. To be considered you must have:

•  Experience in a Box Office or Ticketing & Customer Service environment;
• Working knowledge of computerised box office information and ticketing systems (Tessitura preferred). Ticketmaster or Ticketek experience will also be viewed favourably;
• Highly developed customer service and sales experience; and
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO) is the largest employer of performing artists in Western Australia and reaches two million people with musical experiences each year on stage, in our community, and online.
