EMME HIRING – BARTENDERS

Emme is embarking on a journey to assemble a Bartenders team that will bring the magic to life.

 

As a charismatic and experienced bartender, your role will include providing exceptional customer service and consistent high-quality drink service, as well as assisting on the floor as required.

Successful applicants would ideally have experience in quality, high volume venues and possess the following skills and attributes:

• Experience in this role working in a quality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills along with sound decision making.
• Flexibility & availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including nights, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to prioritize, work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Have a curiosity to learn and grow.
• Hold a valid RSA;
• Have full Australian working rights.

The Responsibility

• Exceptional cocktail and wine knowledge.
• Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times.
• Coffee Barista Skills a plus.

• Knowing the classic and love a chat.
• Providing all customers with memorable, personal and unique drinking and dining experiences.
• Performing regular stocktakes.
• Bar preparation, set-up and standards maintained to the highest level.
• Exceptional personal presentation.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
