About the Role:

We are seeking friendly and energetic Waitstaff to join our team at a busy fish and chips shop. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and serve walk-in customers with a positive attitude.

• Phone Orders: Take phone orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Point of Sale (POS): Operate the POS system to process orders and payments (cash and card).

• Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the shop, including counters, tables, and general service areas.

• Team Support: Assist colleagues during busy periods and ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.

Requirements:

• Friendly and approachable personality.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak times.

• Attention to detail when handling orders and payments.

• Willingness to follow hygiene and safety standards.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not essential.
