Position: Waiter
Location: TI Amo Restaurant, 17 albert avenue broadbeach
Job Type: part time /full time

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take orders and provide menu recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Ensure guests’ needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle payment transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (waiter, server, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus is an advantage.
