We are a large wholesale hardware company currently seeking casual pick packers to join our team in our busy Staplyton Warehousing facility. We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in a pick and pack role who can handle some manual lifting, demonstrate leadership qualities, and maintain a positive attitude.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately, efficiently and without damaging any products
• General warehouse maintenance (some heavy lifting may be required)
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed
• Fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Skills and experience

• Valid forklift licence (high reach experience) preferred
• Must be a team player with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as a team, as well as autonomously
• Previous experience in a pick packer role is preferred.
• Physically fit
• Strong understanding of safe working practices and procedures
