We specialise in traditional Gastro Pub food, which means the right candidate must be able to:

– Have knowledge on Chargrill

– Manage the oven and cooking process

– Work fast and meet the demand on time

– Manage dockets/ products with other sections of the kitchen, i.e. pass

Knowledge of meat/fish is a must, from how to prepare to the cooking processes.

A reliable person with a good presentation and work ethic is required.

The Victory Hotel has a great reputation for the food and service provided. Our current team

is amazing, and we are just looking for someone to help run the kitchen alongside our current Heat chef.
