The Char Rotisserie has opened a new store in Balmain and is looking for a manager and an assistant manager. We are a face-paced takeaway retail food shop, which specialises in quality free-range chicken, fresh salads and hot food. We are a growing company that has been established at Bondi for over 9 years. We have a very loyal customer following and expect the new store at Balmain to be well received by the local community and expect the manager and team to uphold our emphasis on maintaining great customer service, serving great quality food. The position involves running shifts, organising front of house food, ordering food from the kitchen, the maintenance of the presentation of the food displays, rosters etc…This position is a hands-on role, initially working closely with myself to help build the business. As the manager and assistant manager, you will be required to: Communicate and work side by side with management all staff, training, stock control and all aspects of running the business. Must be able to cope in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to lead staff, while being hands-on. You must have good English, present well and have worked in a similar management role for at least 2 years minimum. Must be flexible in the hours you can work, be available to work weekends and public holidays and committed and looking for long term employment.
