About the Role
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to start ASAP on a rolling contract to manage two organic Social accounts. You’ll handle posting, copywriting, client comms, and coordination with design. Experience with Figma is a huge plus.
1. Organic Social & Community Management
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all e-commerce brands.
- Platform Management: Oversee the management of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest) to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Foster and manage online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to build relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Social Listening: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and relevant conversations, leveraging insights to inform strategy and content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and identify areas for improvement.
2. Content Marketing
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content (e.g., graphics, videos, blog posts) that aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
- Editorial Calendar: Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee social media campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring they are aligned with marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Influencer Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand messages and reach wider audiences.
