About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry’s finest Section Waitstaff to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Section Waitstaff in a premium venue
• Can confidently handle a section of 6-7 tables
• Ability to carry three plates is advantageous
• Runners do not need to have premium dining experience, however willingness to learn and positive attitude is essential
• Advanced food and wine knowledge is highly regarded
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed and
• Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
• Must have an RSA certificate
