About the Role

We’re seeking confident and professional Section Waiters to join our front-of-house team and help deliver a seamless, memorable dining experience to every guest.

This opportunity is open to both Full-Time and Casual applicants. Whether you’re looking for stability and growth or flexibility to suit your lifestyle, we offer a supportive environment with consistent service standards and strong team culture.

As a section waiter, you will take ownership of your section from start to finish — providing warm, intuitive service, strong product knowledge, and precise attention to detail throughout each service.

Working closely with senior FOH leaders, you’ll play a key role in maintaining service flow, upselling responsibly, and ensuring guests feel genuinely looked after from arrival to farewell.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a section waiter or in a quality restaurant environment
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, including wine basics and pairing principles
• The ability to read guests and adapt service to different dining styles
• Confident, professional communication skills
• A sales-minded approach that enhances both guest experience and business outcomes
• Strong time management, organisation, and attention to detail
• A calm, professional presence during fast-paced services
• Availability for evenings and weekends
