The Role

The French Exit is seeking a passionate and professional Section Waiter to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your section during service, guiding guests through the menu with warmth and confidence, anticipating their needs and ensuring every detail of the experience reflects the high standards we hold ourselves to.

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Confidence in managing a full section independently, especially during busy services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach and ability to stay composed under pressure
• A sharp eye for detail and a polished, professional manner
• Commitment to supporting the team in creating a cohesive and uplifting workplace
• RSA Certificate required.
