We focus on serving specialty coffee and French/European patisseries. With an exciting and motivated team, we are passionate about providing” QU” LITY great moments to remember” to”our valued customers.

We are Hiring a career-focused, professional, experienced KITCHEN HAND who takes pride in the quality and consistency of products that leave the AGT (Amazing Graze Tearooms) with an outgoing, friendly, professional personality.

The successful applicant will be genuinely excited about the finer things: Amazing coffee, food, wine, and Amazing customer service to our Amazing Patronage.

Qualifications & experience

• Excellent customer service and customer interaction abilities are a must
• Have the ability to multi-task under pressure
• Have a strong work ethic and ‘can’do attitude
• Have exceptional presentation and grooming
• Be able to work weekends and public holidays
• coffee skills minimum 2 yrs experience

To be successful in this role, the desired candidate will need:

• Previous experience
• Happy and outgoing personality
• Provide and deliver excellent customer service
• A solid knowledge of coffee (wine is a bonus)
• Passionate
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• To demonstrate a proactive and hands-on approach to leadership
• Experience with stock-taking and ordering
• To liaise with the owners with new ideas, weekly specials and ways to improve
