Over the past decade, we’ve grown from a single reformer studio into a thriving wellness brand that helps people rediscover their confidence, their strength, and their spark.
Now, with studios in Camp Hill Marketplace and Yeerongpilly Green Riverside Village, and a community that’s growing faster than ever, we’re searching for 2 driven, heart-led sales specialists to help us write our next chapter.

This isn’t your typical sales role.
There are no cold calls, no scripts that sound like robots, no gym-floor hustling.
This is about helping people take action on their health through conversations that change lives.

You’ll spend your days speaking with real people. The woman who’s been putting herself last for years. The mum who’s ready to feel strong again. The professional who needs a space to breathe.
And with every “yes,” you’ll know you’ve helped someone start their comeback.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Part-time: ~10 hours/week each. We are looking for 2 x sales people to share the role (10 hours each)
• Shifts: AM + PM call blocks to match answer times (e.g. 8–11am and/or 3–7pm), some weekend flexibility ideal
• Location: Remote, Brisbane
• Responsibilities: You will be responsible for growing our member base, ensuring you hit the daily & monthly KPIs
• Training: Scripts, objection handling, CRM flows, weekly coaching provided
• Impact: Convert warm leads (phone/text/DM), book consults, and guide clients into the right membership

  You’ll work inside a supportive, high-performing team with clear KPIs, daily feedback loops, and a culture that blends accountability with heart.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own daily call blocks and text follow-ups to convert warm leads
• Have authentic, high-energy conversations that help people commit to movement
• Book studio inductions and move intro offers → memberships
• Maintain tidy CRM notes (Hapana /Go High Level) and track KPIs
• Run reactivation and “win-back” call lists with confidence
• Celebrate wins, review losses, and improve daily

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR.

• PROVEN sales experience, hitting KPIs, using scripts, getting hung up on and don’t get scared of the phone
• Love and believe in health and its impact on improving lives
• More than comfortable being on the phone and HELPING people
• Bonus points for experience with Gym Sales or Studio (boutique fitness, pilates, yoga etc) sales before
• Are coachable in our methods and methodologies
• Like to have fun and is competitive
