ABOUT THE ROLE:

Mazzucchelli’s is part of The Jewellery Group – one of Australia’s leading names in jewellery retail. With over 125 years of history and a passion for excellence, we’re looking for a Part-Time Sales Professional to join our team in Claremont, WA.

As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you’ll play an important role in helping customers find pieces that suit their style, needs, and budget. With your strong sales skills and friendly approach, you’ll create a welcoming shopping experience that builds trust and drives results. Whether it’s recommending bestsellers or offering styling advice, you’ll play a key role in connecting customers with jewellery they’ll love. Join our team and enjoy a fast-paced retail environment where your passion for people and product makes all the difference.

In this role, you will:

Support customers in finding the right piece for all occasions creating a friendly and memorable shopping experience.

Represent our brand values with a positive attitude and genuine interest in people.

Contribute to store success by understanding sales targets and working with your team to exceed them.

Stay informed about current offers, new arrivals, and in-store promotions.

Perform adhoc day to day operation tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
