Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service
• Minimum 6 months retail/sales experience required
• A genuine love and understanding of our brand
• Strong merchandise disciplines
• Collaborative team player
• Is confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions when required
• Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business
• Well groomed individual with a good understanding of trends, fashion and competitors
• A ‘can do’ attitude
• Is able to demonstrate flexibility and innovation in reacting positively to changing work demands
• Australian work rights required for this position

Please note that you will be required to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

– Greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs

– Providing detailed product information and recommendations

– Maintaining a clean and organized store environment

– Operating the POS and handling transactions

– Restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels

– Assisting with visual merchandising and product displays

– Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
