Are you a passionate about delicious baked goods and exceptional customer service? Brooki Bakehouse is searching for Sales Assistants to join our fantastic team in our new Sydney Airport store, which is due to open on 20th November 2025!

We have casual, permanent full time, and permanent part time positions available.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting and assisting every customer.
• Become a product expert on our full menu, including our famous Brooki cookies, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area, including displays, counters, and dining areas.
• Assist with packaging products, restocking shelves, and ensuring all items are displayed attractively.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special orders with a friendly and professional attitude.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.
• A passion for high-quality food and a desire to share that passion with our customers.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
