Position: Casual Sales Assistant
Location: Walkerville, South Australia
Role Overview: In this role, you will be supporting our efforts to deliver the best possible overall customer experience to directly impact on the success of Class A Jewellers
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in store, online and by phone.
- Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner.
- Drive selling efforts with great product knowledge and knowing what makes Class A Jewellers so special.
- Respond to customer enquiries about products and pricing quickly and efficiently.
- Give expert advice on jewellery products, leaving customers with a memorable brand experience.
- Ensure that the store displays are always in excellent condition.
- Know and represent Class A Jewellers as a skilled brand ambassador.
- Support daily merchandising and maintenance.
- Compile information for quotations for customers.
Requirements:
- Previous retail and/or sales experience. Luxury preferred.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Goal oriented and driven.
- Excellent customer service skills and be able to identify customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Be enthusiastic, with an inviting and warm demeanour.
- Manage time efficiently, and effectively multi-task.
- Proficient computer skills
