Join the Handworks Team – Casual Role with Growth Potential

Handworks Nouveau Paperie is a much-loved, family-run business with over 20 years in retail. Known for our beautiful products, creative flair, and warm customer service, we’re looking for someone special to join our close-knit team.
This is a casual role to start, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent part-time second-in-command position at our Prahran location for the right person.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has at least 3 years of consistent retail experience, ideally in boutique, lifestyle, or homewares stores
- Brings strong visual merchandising skills and a natural creative eye to refresh our store displays regularly
- Loves working with beautiful, unique products and knows how to present them to engage customers and drive sales
- Is excited to be part of a dynamic, growing business – both in-store and online
- Has the initiative, adaptability, and energy to take on new challenges as our business evolves
- Communicates well and enjoys being part of a friendly, collaborative team
- Delivers exceptional customer service and genuinely enjoys connecting with people
