About the Role
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our in-store team, helping deliver exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing success of our established retail locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Providing expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations
- Operating the POS system and processing transactions accurately
- Merchandising and restocking to maintain a high visual standard
- Ensuring cleanliness and presentation across the store
- Supporting your team to meet sales targets and KPIs
