• $32 per hour + Super + Bonus Commission Structure
• Flexible hours: 15–25 hours per week (Thursday – Monday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, personalised service to customers, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Assist with product inquiries, provide tailored recommendations, and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Drive sales by achieving or exceeding store performance targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Operate independently and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous face-to-face retail or customer service experience is essential.
• Experience in the bedding or furniture industry is highly regarded.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously to meet sales goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised retail environment.
