About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for a part-time Retail/Customer Service Hybrid role. This position is perfect for someone looking for work during school hours, offering a flexible schedule of 4 hours per day, Tuesday to Saturday. In this role, you’ll be the face of our retail space, providing outstanding customer service while also handling a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail:
Greet and assist customers in-store, helping them find the perfect uniforms and accessories.
Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Keep the retail space well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing.
Assist with online order fulfilment and in-store pick-ups.
Customer Service:
Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Enter orders into the point of sale system with precision.
Provide knowledgeable advice on our products, helping customers make informed decisions.
Support the warehouse team with various fulfilment duties as needed.
About You:

You have a knack for building rapport with customers quickly and providing excellent service.
Organised & Proactive:
You spot tasks that need to be done and take action without being asked. You can foresee potential issues and solve them before they arise.

Experience & Skills:
At least 1 year of experience in a retail and customer service environment.
High-level computer skills, including Excel and Word.
Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
Confident communication skills, both over the phone and in person, with strong business writing and grammar.
Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn all aspects of the medical apparel business.
