The Venue
Kittyhawk is an iconic cocktail bar and restaurant in the heart of the Sydney CBD. The venue’s vintage interiors and World War Two artwork pay homage to past times. Our bar features a selection of excellent spirits, focusing on Rum and rye. We stand out from the ordinary with a choice of world-class cocktails created by our super-talented bar team and our unpretentious Modern French cuisine.

The Company
Merlino & Co. boasts Sydney’s iconic venues: The Sydney Kittyhawk and Big Poppa’s. We enjoy creating mePoppa moments for our guests and our teams. We pride ourselves on doing everything to the best of our ability, from our drinks to our food to our amazing interiors.

The Role
We are recruiting for a casual barback to round off our top-quality team.

About You
· No experience required but desirable.
· A positive can-do attitude.
· A keen eye for detail.
· A willingness to learn.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
· RSA certified.
· Have the right to work in Australia.
