YHA Brisbane City is a 380-bed property located in the heart of the city, providing comfortable and affordable accommodation and experiences to groups and independent travellers from around the world. This bright and airy property offers a range of private and co-living rooms, as well as an onsite café, rooftop pool and bar, co-working space, and wellness centre. Our crew of approximately 50 passionate and hardworking team members pride themselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests—and for each other.
About the role:
We are seeking a part-time (minimum 15 hours) Front Desk Extraordinaire—a fun and motivated person committed to providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This role involves fostering a friendly and cheerful atmosphere, responding to guest inquiries with knowledgeable local advice and recommendations, managing efficient check-ins and check-outs, and offering vital information to ensure a pleasant stay.
